About Us
Fabulous Gulf sunsets can be seen from anywhere in our dining area and our full bar has tables, couches and bar stools as well as a fireplace – creating a very laid back and enjoyable atmosphere. The decor is reminiscent of the Inn’s “Olde Florida” heritage which is enhanced by the paddle fans , white wooden shutters and furnishings. Traditions is open year round with various performance of live music and entertainment throughout the week. The music selection is extensive with resort style dance music, classic & popular jazz standards, Mo-Town, R&B, disco and dance hits, and more. Chef Aziz has worked with Traditions On the Beach owner and host, Andrea, for many years, including his time at Dolce Vita and the Rivera restaurants on Sanibel. Chef Aziz brings over 35 years of extensive training and experience from around the world that includes his authentic French, Italian and Mediterranean style cuisine. His recipes and signature dishes can be enjoyed at Traditions on the Beach each evening.
